| "To compare is to differentiate", comparative reading as a method of teaching reading, has been favored by the majority of educators; at the same time, as a learning method it helps improve high school students’thinking ability, research ability and ability of reading appreciation. However, the application of comparative reading in high school Chinese teaching is not optimistic, which is seriously affect the quality of Chinese reading teaching and the overall improvement of students language literacy. Therefore, the study of comparative reading application strategies is very necessary.In order to understand the application status of comparative reading in high school Chinese teaching, the author selected the teachers of practice school and students as research subjects. Take the questionnaire and interviews as the main research method. Through the data and recording materials analysis reflecting the problem in comparative reading of high school Chinese teaching, which include:narrow scope of comparative reading and the type of comparative reading is single; classroom teaching mainly to the teacher explanation ignored the practice of students comparative reading; the situation of grasp the method of comparative reading is not ideal. So the author thought about the cause of these serious problems, such as the relatively weak sense of reading; curriculum development and the low utilization of resources; pay attention to knowledge transfer, light thinking training; teacher study method is not in place and comparative reading training is serious deficiencies and so on.Finally, the author raised two aspects proposed targeted strategy from teachers and students. From the teacher aspect:activities to stimulate students’interest in comparative reading; organizational and guide, highlighting the main body of comparative reading; mining resources and broaden the breadth of comparative reading; teach him how to fish, teach students the method of comparative reading; From the student aspect:raise awareness and support a comparative reading habits; seek to distinguish, training comparative reading thinking; focus on practical, implement comparative reading training; synchronize reading and writing, pay attention to comparative reading transfer. Based on above strategies, the paper aims to offer a reference to teachers and students in order to better use comparative reading. |
