Roller skating is a systemic sport, it can promote the improvement of the function of cardiovascular system and respiratory system and the strengthening of metabolism, such as promoting the improvement of the cardiovascular system and respiratory function and metabolism, and can enhance the everywhere, such as the arms, legs, waist and abdomen muscle strength and flexibility of the joints, the body especially for balance of the master has the very big help and coordination. And with the coaching experience, sites, equipment maintenance and so on various aspectscondition mature, also is more and more parents and students to accept.Roller skating movement is mainly divided into speed roller skating, freestyle skating, figure skating, roller skating ball and roller skating five categories. And freestyle skating is not affected by age, gender, environment and seasonal conditions limit, has been more and more people know and love. freestyle skating as the main research objectives of this study(all of the following are referred to as "skating), USES the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, interview method and mathematical statistics methods such as investigation about the present situation of junior high school of roller skating in Gui Yang, the roller skating in Gui Yang city junior high school physical education, feasibility analysis, the conclusion is as follows:(1) Most of Gui Yang middle school not to carry out the roller skating.(2) Student participation enthusiasm is higher for roller skating.(3) Restriction for roller skating school many factors of the project, the mainfactors: students can pressure big, have no money to buy equipment,objective factors: no relevant teachers instruction, no field involved in theteaching and training.(4) The headmaster don’t agree to carry out the related project, knew enoughabout roller skating.According to the situation I put forward the following Suggestions: first to the appropriate propaganda, let more parents and children the correct understanding of roller skating. Second, conditional schools can add some appropriate investment, create multi-functional training ground, the ground can be timely market, get the site maintenance costs, have sports can make our school characteristics, to achieve both economic benefits and social benefits. Third, introduce relevant teachers, appropriate courses in roller skating, correctly guide the student to arrange exercise time and exercise frequency, safety knowledge, skills, and make students safer for roller skating movement and exercise and study. |
