Research Into The Flow Of Regional Innovative Talents Based On The Ecological Theory

With the speeding up of globalization and regional economic integration, technological innovation has become a key factor to success.As the carrier oftechnological innovation, innovative talents has the characteristics of the general people don’t have, who play a critical role in the development of national and regional social economy, and the flow’s influence ofinnovative talents for the region will also be very profound.Haixi brought to the attention of the countries and Haixi strategically,which as the intersection and sea route of Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, as well as mainland China’s gateway tothe Western Pacific gateway, but also has a unique strategic position for reunification of the motherland.Therefore, the study of Haixi economic zone innovative talents flow has important practical significance and theoretical significance.Based on the analysis ofbackground and significance of the research, this paper defines the relevant concept ofinnovative talents, ecological system, ecological niche, ecological factors, and discusses the research status at home and abroad.To analyzes the ecological system, ecological niche of innovative talents and the ecological factors of regional innovative talents flow, thereby to build the innovative ecological system of innovative talents and the influence factors model of innovative talents flow.Then the main reason which influences the stability of the innovative talents ecosystem and the migration of ecological niche can be classified into five categories, namely the ecological factors ofsystem, economic, cultural, technological and natural ecological.By analyzing the present situation of Haixi innovative talents, get the following conclusions: Haixi innovative talent base is increasing, the flow of talent obviously, talent utilization efficiency, but the lack of high-quality talent,and excessive focus on the northeast.The paper uses gray relational model to evaluate the degree of innovative talents flow analysis of Haixi 20 city, and the resultsisrelatively close to the statusanalysis. Then think the talents flow of Xiamen(13.02%), Shantou(12.65%), and other nine cities is more reasonable.The paperhas carried on the empirical analysis on the influence factors of innovative talents flow level by using grey relation clustering and principal component analysis, it is concluded that the five new factor, which affects the size of, and the results are analyzed.Based on the above research,the paper advicesboth three ecological niches and four ecological to maintain stable of innovative talents ecosystem relatively.Specifically including the rational allocation of talent, strengthen the "state", "potential" conversion, create good environment, build coordination organizations, reform the household registration system, improve the management level of personnel files, promote joint research, to speed up industrial restructuring and upgrading, create a "Haixi" culture, optimizing talent environment, building a multi-level education system, to speed up infrastructure construction and advocate ecological economy.This will help to improve the attractiveness of Haixi to innovative talents, promote the rational flow of innovative talents in the region and beyond. This is advantageous to the sustainable development of Haixi, andbecome regional innovation-based economies at an early date.
