Moral character is a model for middle school students moral and spiritual model of key disciplines, for middle school students have important influence on the formation of world outlook, the outlook on life and values. Constantly improve the quality of teaching and education effect of moral character, is the key to teaching,also is an important part of the job of teaching of junior middle school education.Use in the ideological and moral teaching activities teaching can not only improve interest, stimulates the student to study the thought personal character enthusiasm,change passive learning into active learning, but also in the process of activities to promote students’ understanding of the ideological and moral knowledge, emotion and internalization, ability of ascension. Activities, therefore, the teaching in the application of moral character has important theoretical significance and practical significance. This article embarks from the new standard, the related theory of teaching activities and the law of moral character education, from the following several aspects:First of all, the theoretical research and teaching of activity summary, comb at home and abroad in recent years, many scholars about teaching activities and related problems of theoretical perspectives, on this basis, combining with the nature of the moral character and tasks, to clarify the connotation and features of moral character activity teaching, and in the meaning of moral character teaching in teaching activities.Secondly, on the basis of the theory to explore, in the context of new curriculum reform, through the investigation, interview and observation, discover the problems existing in the moral character teaching activities, through the study of moral character teaching status quo, on the basis of certain moral character activity teaching achievements, puts forward the existing problems, and the activities of teaching goals are not clear, content is not relevant to students’ practical, extensive coverage not activities. And analyse the causes of these problems, the teachers’ professional ability insufficiency, the students’ enthusiasm to participate in the activities of teaching is not high, the school evaluation system is not scientific, at the same time, the teachers’ understanding of activity teaching of deviation and is influenced by the traditional teaching methods such as factor also to a certain extent, led to the above problems.Finally, the analysis of the related theory of activity teaching and the problems existing in the current activities teaching moral character and its reasons, using the method of theory with practice, investigation and study, and combining the related research and literature, puts forward the teaching activities in the application of the moral character of feasible strategies, namely, to improve teachers’ professional level,improve the students’ enthusiasm to participate in the activities of teaching,optimization of the school’s evaluation system, finally promote the development of the moral character teaching activities, the hope for the future of moral character education to provide some valuable reference advice.
