Rural secondary vocational schools is an important part of vocational education in our country. Its function is to serve the rural economy, cultivating new-type farmers for rural development. In order to promote rural modernization reserves of human resources. After China’s entry into the WTO, with the rest of the world’s farmers deal more frequently. In rural areas, farmers, agriculture also gradually toward internationalization. The English ability put forward new requirements for farmers. English as the most widely used language in the world, the communication between countries plays a message. As for the rural talents training of the rural secondary vocational study should also learn to spoken English as a student of English. Rural secondary vocational school students’ English learning in our country exists many problems.In literature review, found that has some of the students’ oral English learning research is directed at the secondary vocational school or ordinary primary and secondary schools, in view of the rural secondary vocational school students’ oral English learning literature is relatively small. Teacher how to stimulate the rural secondary vocational students to study the motivation of learning English? How can let the rural secondary vocational school students to effective learning spoken English? This is worthy of the secondary vocational English education fair thought.
