| College sports associations is an important part of College Physical Education in campus culture construction, is an important place for college students to enrich school life, interpersonal relationship, their ability to exercise; is the main position of training students lifelong exercise habit; is to assist with the school inside and outside sports activities as well as the performance of a good helper is the school sports reserve forces; strong team selection. The good development of university sports associations in Colleges and universities is to promote students’ extracurricular physical exercise more effective organization, it will become one of the most important forms of organization and management of College sports.In this paper, the university sports associations of individual Guangdong Province and Taiwan area as the research object, using literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, comparative analysis method, observation method and so on, carry on comparative analysis to the station, Guangdong College Sports Club present situation. Based on the survey, with the management theory as the basis, from the six angles of the university sports associations and management structure, human resources, financial resources, material resources, sports associations, associations of the organization to carry out evaluation to analysis of Taiwan, Guangdong college sports club development present situation, and to provide some suggestions for development of sports associations in the Guangdong University.Through the comparative study of the present situation of university sports associations in Taiwan and Guangdong, have drawn the following conclusions by the combination ofindependent college sports associations and centralized management, to carry out community activities; improve the incentive mechanism of university sports associations ofteachers, to guide the enthusiasm of teachers play; the establishment of the University sports associations of student cadres training system, conducive to work community sports development; diversified financing channels, is the economic foundation of sports clubactivities; a variety of venues and facilities is the university sports associations in thematerial conditions; comprehensive information platform is an important means to enhance the influence of the university sports associations; to participate in a wide range of staff is the source of power to carry out the activities of the University Sports AssociationsSuggestions are put forward in view of theaboveproblems: improvethe systemof teachers, strengthening the incentive system; establishment of community information system; strengthen school sports teams, community relations; establish a diversified evaluation system, the network of sports associations. |
