Curriculum decision-making is an important issue of curriculum theory research. Since 1950 s, researchers have started to pay attention to the study of curriculum decision-making. Curriculum decision-making, with certain values as the judgement standard, forecasts and instructs what kinds of knowledge for learners to learn and what kinds of level for learners to achieve. Pre-school children’s participating in curriculum decision-making is a sort of behavior,which regatds to that pre-school children take part in the course of decision-making and imposes influences on it autonomously, according to the legal right.Pre-school children own the participation right according to Convention on the Right of Child. Therefore, pre-school chilren’s right of participating in curriculum decision-making should be protected and emphasized. This paper aims to study pre-shool children’s participation in curriculum decision-making through document analysis method, questionnaire method together with interviewing method. The results review that different from the case in the past year, nowadays teachers are very supportive of pre-school children’s participation of curriculum decision-making and the infants are capable to participate in the course of decision-making.Pre-school children who are born learners own so great potentials and creative capabilities that we could not ignore them. Pre-school children’s participation in curriculum decision-making aligns with own development as pre-school children know best pre-school children themselves and understand best what they want. A satisfactory curriculum must meet the needs of pre-school children’s development. The researches on pre-school children’s participation in curriculum decision-making are not to find out the concrete implementing strategies, but to probe into the feasibility and forecast the future development of this kind of studies through a sort of hypothesis and discussion.
