| Objective: the observation of the training of the excellent boxers in sauna suits for a week,to investigate the changes in body function during high intensity training, to understand the boxer’s adaptability change and the expression of heat shock protein HSP70.Methods: the subjects are 8 male boxer from Liaoning Province, in the temperature 23±1.5℃, relative humidity40%. The experiment lasted for 2 weeks. The first week of training as control group, the second week training as the experimental group in the sauna suit, the training content and arrangement of the two groups were exactly the same. The experimental data was collected in first days before training(pre-C) and after training(post-C), the eighth day before training(pre-T1) and after training(post-T1), the fifteenth day before training(pre-T2) and after training(post-T2), the indexes include HSP70, heart rate, CK, body temperature, body weight, urine routine.Results: the concentration of CK in pre-T2 group was326.88±167.05U/L,that was lower than pre-T1 group, the difference was very significant(P < 0.01).Group post-T2 CK values lower than group post-T1, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Group pre-T2 HSP70 value increased than group pre-C, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Group post-T2 HSP70 increased value than group post-C, with a very significant difference(P<0.01).Group post-T2 HSP70 value increased than group post-T1,with significant differences(P<0.05).Group post-T1 body temperature increased than group post-C, there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Group post-T2 body temperature elevated than group post-C, with a very significant difference(P<0.01).Group C,group T1,group T2 there was a significant contrast difference(P<0.01)before and after exercise.Group post-C than group post-T1 body weight decreased, there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Group post-C and group post-T2 decreased body weight data, with significant differences(P<0.05).Group post-T1 and post-T2 group urinary protein has a very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Having high intensive training in sauna suits for one week, HR has no obvious change, CK decreases, Urine protein decreases,Urine PH has no obvious change.Indicates that having high intensity training for one week in sauna suits,Can improve the athlete’s movement load level.(2) After having high intensity training in sauna suits for one week, the tempreture decreases, Sweating quantity stability,HSP70 imcreases obviously, Urine specific gravity does not have great change, indicates after a week wearing sauna clothing training has effectively established the thermal adaptability.(3)having high training for one week in sauna suits, HSP70 increases obviously, that means it has good protection and recovery for Muscle cell membrane and Glomerular membrane, decrease of CK value and reduce the degree of urine protein have important role. |
