Therefore, this paper holds that political teachers occupation burnout refers to the political teachers in the process of political education in teaching, can not be carried out smoothly extreme generated in the reaction, is the process of a longer due to excessive pressure themselves unable to resolve arising from emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment, and other symptoms.Education is the country and the nation along the most basic power source, the most important influence teachers as educational activities, occupy the position play a decisive role in the country’s educational cause. As the saying goes, "a project of vital and lasting importance, education oriented; education plans, teacher as the teacher", enveloped in the holy halo, is also increasing pressure. In the high strength work day after day state, teachers occupation burnout problems appear in different degree, work is also facing the same challenge. This paper thoroughly analyzes the reason resort Township Middle School Teachers of politics of high school occupation burnout generated, that teachers do not enjoy on its own pay relatively equal treatment in the areas of economic and social status, and Society for this occupation of teacher expectation is higher; teaching environment is poor, heavy work pressure leads to mental health terribly fatigued; rural teachers’ achievement too difficult, the development prospects. According to the actual situation resort Township Middle School, this paper from three aspects, proposed the effective mitigation of occupation burnout of rural politics teacher recommendations:(1) teachers: to set up the correct level of education and occupation ideal, have the correct cognition of occupation burnout; use effective communication and self regulating emotional way to learn;(2) the school level: creating a good school environment, establish the scientific school management mechanism; establishing the evaluation system and the proper occupation; focus on the development of teachers in rural areas, provide more opportunities of further study for teachers.(3) the social level: the policy tilt, improve the rural junior middle school teachers’ social status; to meet the reasonable demand of political teachers in junior high school in rural areas, to eliminate the trouble back at patient; guide public expectations reasonable, alleviate the pressure of rural junior middle school politics teacher. |
