Flipped Classroom is also known as the upside-down-classroom. It change the process of teaching new knowledge and internalization of knowledge. It realizes innovation of the traditional teaching mode. In teaching mode of Flipped Classroom, the new knowledge is mainly learned by students’ autonomous learning before new class, and internalization of knowledge is completed by teachers and students in the classroom.In recent years, the concept of Flipped Classroom appears class at various levels of education. Meanwhile it gradually becomes one of the hot spots of foundational education reform. However, now, the research of Flipped Classroom in our country is still at the initial stage, and just a few schools adopt this way of teaching. Moreover, the China’s education workers’ research of Flipped Classroom is main theory, lacking sufficient practical research. Through the theoretical analysis, numerous literatures highlight the flip advantage of Flipped Classroom. For examples, it has a good application prospect in open-education; it adapts to the rapid development of modern information-technology; it breaks the time constraints of traditional teaching; it changes the efficiency of classroom teaching; it is beneficial to the implementation of quality-education, and reform of curriculum; it adapts to the diversity of students’ physical and mental development rule to improve the efficiency of their learning; it can also make full use of spare time of students and cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability and so on. However, research of actual effect of Flipped Classroom is less. Therefore, in order to study actual teaching effect of it, I chose this title. Through the study with investigation, I want to find problems that still existing in the teaching, and put forward corresponding of the countermeasures.This article mainly uses methods of literature-research and questionnaire-survey. Through way of literature-research, I analysis and understand the concept of Flipped Classroom. Through questionnaire-survey, I study the satisfaction. The main contents of this survey are learning satisfaction before class, learning satisfaction in class, teaching ability of teachers; applicability of disciplines and so on. This survey contains students-questionnaire and teachers-questionnaire. The choice of subjects is no. 3 middle school of Liao Cheng city in Shan Dong province, which undertakes the research-topic of Flipped Classroom. I selected four classes and gave out 120 questionnaires of students. At the same time, I gave out 35 questionnaires of teachers. Through survey, I found that the classroom is in a good teaching effect, but it still present some problems. Such as: time arrangement is unreasonable; some students’ learning ability is very poor, and the subject applicability is also a problem, the support of information technology is not sufficient; teachers’ teaching ability is also a problem. In view of the above main problems, the study puts forward the following countermeasures: changing the students’ autonomous learning ability; improving the professional quality of teacher, improving emphasis of leadership at school; improving investment in education funds of the government.
