Reflective teaching is an important way for teachers’ professional development.Teacher professional development is not only a demand of social development and education, even teachers a pursuit for self occupation identity. The reflection of teaching as a kind of introspection way of thinking, is the teacher in the process of teaching activities, the discussion and research analysis, active on the relevant problems in teaching, so as to improve the teachers’ understanding of the teaching, to realize the professional development of teachers. The thought political lesson as a moral education course, time given higher requirements, the thought political lesson teacher to realize their own professional development of teachers is not only their own occupation pursuit, more is the responsibility entrusted by the times. Reflections on the teaching of Ideological and political teachers has an important significance, on the one hand, the reflection of teaching helps to promote ideological and political teacher professional development of the teacher, on the other hand, reflective teaching is helpful to the thought political lesson teacher occupation and the pursuit of value realization.The full text is divided into five parts. First of all, the first part mainly describes the problem, and clarified the research significance and basis, and analyses the current situation about teaching reflection at home and abroad, on this basis to establish the starting point in this paper, and summarizes the research ideas and selected research methods. Secondly, on the basis of the first part defines the connotation of teaching reflection and analyses the characteristics and contents of teaching reflection of teachers of Ideological and political course, fully shows that the reflective teaching has an important significance for the professional development of teachers of Ideological and political course. The third part, through the narrative research method, to study the story of life teaching of Ideological and political teachers in teaching reflection, analysis of different stages in Teachers’ professional growth, teaching reflection is of important significance to the growth of teachers. Therefore, in this paper through the investigation after establishing a three Urumqi city middle school thought political lesson teacher as the research object,respectively, selected a novice teachers, a mature teacher and an expert teacher, in the base of a large number of materials collected three teachers about teaching reflection on teaching reflection, from the analysis of advancing new the professional growth of teachers, teachers with mature to the expert teacher development, teacher teaching reflection on three types of stories were observed and interpreted, and learn from the experience of excellent teaching reflection in. Through the analysis and research of the previous three chapters concludes the thought political lesson teacher teaching reflection; first, must have the teaching reflection consciousness,consciousness of the form of teaching reflection; second, must be clear about the teaching reflection should reflect on what, teaching reflection of multi angle; third, to learn the integrated use of a variety of teaching reflection, to make reflective teaching play its due value; the fifth part is the conclusion, the author thinks that reflective teaching of ideology and politics teachers must be put into practice, let the reflection of teaching help teachers play a multiplier effect of the accident in the process of teaching.Thought political lesson teacher professional development is dependent on the teaching reflection and teaching reflection must be as their necessary ways and methods in teaching activity.
