Learners in language acquisition need two factors, namely, the ability to acquire language and related external environment, of which the environment is one of the most important prerequisites of second language acquisition for non-target language countries. In China, generally, families want their children acquire English as their second language, but they do not have the natural environment for infants’ English acquisition. Therefore, the environment for English acquisition needs to be created artificially. Under the intervention of artificiality, the second language input methods, quantity, quality, forms and emotion factors of learners can be effectively controlled by the communication between family members and modern electronic technology products, such as televisions, computers, etc., and at the same time, the quantity and quality of output of second language learners can be observed effectively. Therefore, this research has relative significant in both practical and theoretical.Through the study and comprehensive application of theories of infants’ English education, infants second language acquisition and infants’ second language acquisition environmental construction, etc., this paper researches under the condition of family members with limited English language ability, how families use second language acquisition theories to construct English acquisition family environment needed for infant learners by empirical analyses of typical cases.Through the research, results are put forward by the writer, including: English acquisition family environment that ordinary families in China can provide for infant learners through the research; under the artificially created English acquisition family environment, English language ability of infants get development; the infants’ acquisition of English does not affect their development of mother(Chinese) language ability; during the infants stage, English acquisition and learning can promote each other instead of being against with each other absolutely, etc.The writer hopes that this research could provide factual basis and be a complement of cases for infants’ second language acquisition researches. At last, it puts forward several feasible advice for infants English acquisition in ordinary families in China.
