The Research And Strategies On The Job Bur Out Of Teachers From Provincial Demonstration Senior High Schools In Zunyi,Guizhou

Job burnout is a hot issue of common concern to the current society. In recent decades, with the rapid development of economy and fierce social competition, job burnout has spread like a virus to all fields of social life. Zhunyi is the second largest city in guizhou province, there are 24 provincial demonstration senior high school, which are mainly responsible for providing thousands of talents in colleges and universities to the state every year, but many teachers of provincial demonstration senior high schools in Zunyi have different levels of job burnout, which not only affects the physical and mental health of teachersbut also the students’ healthy growth. This research adopted the questionnaire survey method to investigate 156 provincial demonstration senior high school teachers in Zunyi.Fromthe perspectives of emotional exhaustion, deindividuation to the dimension of personal accomplishment, it is analysed from three following respects.( 1) analysing the job burnout of teachers from provincial demonstration senior high schools in Zunyi from the aspect of gender( 2) analysing the job burnout of teachers from provincial demonstration senior high schools in Zunyi from the perspective of age( 3) analysing the job burnout of teachers from provincial demonstration senior high schools in Zunyi from the perspective of teaching life( 4) analysing the job burnout of teachers from provincial demonstration senior high schools in Zunyi from the perspective of the title( 5) analysing the job burnout of teachers from provincial demonstration senior high schools in Zunyi from the perspective of monthly income( 6) analysing the job burnout of teachers from provincial demonstration senior high schools in Zunyi from whether he or she is a headteacher( 7) analysing the job burnout of teachers from provincial demonstration senior high schools in Zunyi from the angle of teaching different subjects( 8) analysing the job burnout of teachers from provincial demonstration senior high schools in zunyi from whether they’re teachingt the college entrance examination subjectsIn this paper, from the four aspects of society, school organization, profession, person and so on, the author proposed strategies to relieve the job burnout of teachers from provincial demonstration senior high schools, analysed the job burnout problems of the group, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to offer certain guiding significance for teachers from provincial demonstration senior high schools in Zunyi.
