In order to promote the all-round development of the quality ability of the undergraduates in the physical education in Hunan colleges and universities, the cultivation quality of the undergraduates of physical education in Hunan colleges is improved.. By using literature data method, questionnaire survey method, on-the-spot investigation method, mathematical statistics method and other methods, the Hunan University Students Majoring in sports after school learning situation, effect and influence factors of status were investigated and analyzed. As a result, the main motivation of extracurricular learning of Hunan college sports majors in order to improve the learning achievement in three aspects, strengthen professional skills and employment; learning interest is generally interested in extracurricular extracurricular learning content; the knowledge accumulation of learning; learning methods mainly take after-school learning method; after-school learning organization mainly for personal initiative with a clear directivity; in the study of place selection, mainly is the classroom, dormitory and library; quiet environment; school study time is mostly 1 hours, mainly for learning the frequency of 4-6 times a week; learning initiative is not enough, discontinuity of learning effect is good.Students of different majors in their spare learning each factor of the analysis, there is significant difference, Hunan College P.E. Majors in human movement science majors learning motivation most strongly, the students majoring in sports training theory of professional course learning very interested. The students are on the school offer courses in professional practice is very interested in. The students of sports training are very interested in the study after school.. The organization form of the extracurricular learning for the undergraduate students of the physical education in Hunan colleges and universities is spontaneous, and the sports education major has the establishment of the extracurricular learning interest group, the other major is the organization of the class cadre. Hunan university sports education professional, social sports guidance and management professional students after-school learning place is mainly the classroom, most students think that after school learning environment is quiet, suitable for learning. Major physical students think that through after-school learning to improve the role of learning performance is relatively large.Analysis shows that the factors promote extracurricular learning factors are good learning goals and plans, learning will keep, a good learning environment, restricting the after-school learning is mainly lack of learning motivation, poor self-control unable to manage their own, school learning atmosphere andlearning resources are not sufficient. From the practical point of view put forward planning goals in life, the firm belief of learning; rich learning content, highlight the characteristics of professional; stimulate interest in learning, improve learning initiative; change the education idea, strengthen teachers guidance; set up a reward system, optimizing the learning environment; optimize learning method, improve learning effect countermeasures to promote Hunan University Students Majoring in sports after school learning.
