However its plagued by many social factors and their own development nowadays and many excellent traditional martial arts are in imminent danger. The plum-blossom boxing is an old and mysterious boxing genre and there are hundreds of history in our country. However about the specialize in plum-blossom boxing along with the Yihetuan Movement and the studies about it was on the back burner. When its specialized research was developing, it’s restricted to the origins, heritage context, martial arts skills training and organizational characteristics and so on. With the economic and social changing, the survival of Heze plum-blossom boxing facing a serious challenge. Heze cao state is the first strongpoint when it transported to Hebei provience and and it made perfect sence in the spread of plum-blossom boxing history. Now Heze plum-blossom boxing has been set for intangible cultural heritage in Heze city and Shandong provience.In order to realize the survival state of Heze plum-blossom boxing and promote it’s heritage and development, we used the field investigation, interview method, literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics research methods and some other research methods. And at the same time we surveyed it’s going round, the seize of practitioner, activities to exchang and the expenditure, the situation of main part of these organization, the practitioners’ characteristics and inheritance of systematic martial, protection situation of classics literature inheritance, the space using of equipment. The result is as following:(1)Heze plum-blossom boxing is an ancient and mysterious be separated, it has developed into a very influential martial arts in qing qianlong years. Now it has evolved into four branches including the old frame, big frame, new frame and small frame.(2)Heze plum-blossom boxing is popular in more than 30 countries and regions in the world. It mainly spreads in the border region of Lu, Yu and Ji in inland and the US, Italy and Canada abroad. In recent year years the inland practitioners are decreasing and its opposite in overseas. According to some statistics, there are about one hundred an ten million practitioners around the world.(3)Heze plum-blossom boxing joins little traditional martial arts class games at home and we held a plum-blossom boxing followship activity after the spring festival once year and swap worship of ancestors and bright boxing boxing skills in the spring festival and the third in March.(4)The township government,individual, the village committee and factions are making up the Organization subjects. And there are some rare weapons such as spear, bola, seven whips, rods, two sticks, horn, hot wheels and so on.(8) The key factors to prevent the spread and survival of Heze plum-blossom boxing include the change of social structure and diversity of employment, the system of boxing itself is multifarious, the government do not pay enough attention, the boxers’ cognitive level are generally low, there is no professional research institutions and very few reserve talents and so on.(9) We can take some steps such as increasing publicity folk consciousness, changing the tradition idea, being simplified boxing inheritance system, walking into the classroom, taking the path of sports industrialization turns to campus sports, strengthening the government’s support of plum-blossom boxing, industrial transfer to guide the rural youth from heze reflux and other big cities to promote the development of the Heze plum-blossom boxing.
