Teaching ability is one of the most important abilities for the tennis professional students should possess. Evaluate, correct for the tennis elective students teaching ability, to enable students to school get all-round development, to improve the competitive level of high technology, grasp the teaching technical ability, in order to meet the needs of the society and the market, so as to improve the teaching quality of tennis professional students.This study uses the literature material and interview law, questionnaire investigation method, carries on the investigation to the Shandong Sports Institute tennis professional students, teachers, found that lack of professional students in technical teaching ability, emphasizes the importance of strengthening the tennis elective students teaching ability, improve the countermeasure discussion of tennis professional students teaching ability, provides a theoretical and practical reference for improving tennis elective students teaching ability and tennis curriculum reform.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Tennis teacher uses traditional teaching methods of teaching method, the modern teaching method with less, many kinds of teaching methods in combination with less.2.Tennis teachers teaching ability use sort:(1) the terminology to explain ability;(2) specifications demonstrating ability;(3) to correct the error action;(4) the teaching contents and methods of scientific ability;(5) motion analysis and improve the technical level of capacity;(6) comprehensive teaching skill ability;(7) the combination of theory and practice guidance ability.3.Tennis elective students have the skills and students’ spare time practicing technology ratio has a direct relationship, the bottom line is, the level of a strong backhand technology, other technical level is weak.4.Students of tennis tennis professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills, lack of understanding, lack of understanding of teaching method of action master is not standardized, there are many problems in teaching ability.5.Tennis elective students teaching ability has obvious difference, the terminology to explain better. But the standard action ability, comprehensive teaching content and method, scientific ability skill ability, motion analysis and improve the technical level of ability, correct movement ability, combining theory with practice coaching ability.6.College Students tennis technical usage: serve, forehand, backhand, use frequency receiving technology are 100%, chop 42%, high pressure ball 16%, put the ball into the 4%, interception was 22%, lob is 18%. Can be seen that the professional students practice time more technology, use at most in the competition, is the key technology to win scores, and other technical errors higher proportion.7.Graduate students in tennis teaching ability, technical problems, and puts forward countermeasures of improving tennis professional teaching ability, specific measures are as follows:(1) clearly and implementation of technical teaching ability training.(2) the revised tennis professional elective teaching syllabus, increase the technical teaching ability training content and teaching hours.(3) teaching and enhance students’ ability to use teaching method.(4) to strengthen students’ teaching ability: to strengthen students’ tennis professional technology level; strengthen the level of tennis theory; strengthen the students professional tennis term to explain the language and action ability; strengthen the organization and management ability.
