But in an increasingly saturated labor market, encounters a lot of university graduates, resulting in not only the undergraduate as well as graduate meeting severe employment situation, and therefore attracted the attention of the general public about the employment of college graduates. For college graduates job seekers, both undergraduate and graduate student, we all think that impacting on employment generally all is mutual recognition of academic achievement, project experience or internship experience, personal comprehensive quality and relevant human capital. But in practical applications, the impact on employment is often not just this regard, family background, and as a social network in which a member of the social network, which will have a significant impact on employment. In the current study on employment, there are aspects to discuss macroeconomic issues of employment, but most research focuses on microeconomic factors affecting human capital, social capital on employment. At the macro level, mainly research from the labor market and the education system; in the micro level, the first is human capital;many scholars believe that human capital impact significantly on employment and wage income, but the difference in human capital is not the key to cause difficult employment.Second is social capital, the individual’s family background and their social networks is generate a critical impact on employment, Family background often represent a family’s social status, affecting an individual’s social network. No matter the weak ties theory or the theory of strong ties, they are demonstrated the important role of social network in the course of employment. Therefore, this study will be added the relevant variables to the model based of the social network and employment model, to research whether there are differences in employment both undergraduate and graduate students, and whether the social class variables have influence on between the employment relationships with the network. In this study, starting from the individual college graduates, including undergraduate and graduate objects, analyze human capital and the family home the impact to the social networks, the impact of social networks on employment andregulating role of the family home to the relationship between the network and the employment outcomes. The first is the sort of existing theory and literature, conduct research to build models and assumptions made on this basis; followed by domestic and foreign literature summarized, and measurement methods to determine the choice of variables;once again is the collection of data as well as analysis and processing, validation of assumptions; finally concluded undergraduate and graduate employment and provide some recommendations also proposed in this paper as well as directions for future research.Through empirical research questionnaire, we draw the following conclusions:First, the impact of human capital on the network relationships there are some differences in the undergraduate and graduate students, in addition to postgraduate level in English on the network was a significant positive impact on the relationship between the roles, the rest were not significantly affected.Second, the social class variable undergraduate and graduate not have a significant impact on network relationships.Third, the network relationships to undergraduate and graduate students are employed to produce a significant impact, no significant effect on the nature of the work, and the impact on job satisfaction differences undergraduate and graduate students.Fourth, Social class has regulating effect on the relationship between the social network relationship and employment outcomes.Fifth, in the comparison of graduate and undergraduate students in other variables found that undergraduate employment exist gender discrimination; on professional terms, relatively liberal arts, the undergraduate engineering students have greater access to government agencies, institutions, State-owned enterprises and other units, while satisfaction was the opposite.
