Research On The Present Situation And Development Of Student Sports Associations In Zhejiang Province Universities

The Universities as the bases of cultivating talents have the diversified, open cultivating mode, making the university students have more development platforms to realize their own timber demand.There is no doubt that the college Students Sports Associations play an important role in college students growth and success. Zhejiang province university Student Sports Associations develop rapidly and change constantly in the new period, how to carry them on the effective guidance and management, we need to consider and solve properly to make it to the healthy and orderly development road. Therefore, this study selects "Research on the present situation and development of Student Sports Associations in Zhejiang province universities" as the subject of study,mainly through uses the method of documentary, questionnaire investigation and other methods, clears the present situation and its influencing factors of college Student Sports Associations in Zhejiang province, puts forward countermeasures to promoting college Students Sports Associations in Zhejiang province benign operation and healthy development,to promote its sustainable development, and to improve college students’physical health level and to rich campus sports culture.The text is divided into five parts.The first part mainly explains the research backgrounds, research purposes, research objects, research methods, the similar research status and so on.The second part mainly uses the method of questionnaire investigation to investigate the present situation of Students Sports Association of eight universities in Zhejiang.The results showed that:the student association federation under the school Youth League Committee is the main management department in Zhejiang province at present the University Student Association;the ratio of Association members is not harmonious,the grade distribution is extremely uneven, the enrollment motivations are mainly involved in the entertainment, expand exchanges, interests, for the community satisfaction is not high; Associations funding source channels for a single, a considerable part of Association funds can not meet the demand of community activities, nearly half of community material resources allocation can not meet the required of the community; the quality and the effectiveness of Association activities should be improved; community funds, community activities, community systems are the main factors influencing the development of college Student Sports Associations in Zhejiang province.The third part is mainly carry on the legitimacy,institutional arrangements, management authority division of the Zhejiang university Student Sports Association in-depth analysis.The fourth part mainly uses the method of SWOT analysis to analyze the Strength and opportunity, Weakness and threats of Zhejiang university Sports Association,and summarizes the Zhejiang university Student Sports Association SWOT analysis matrix.The fifth part mainly puts forward countermeasures to promote college Students Sports Associations that in Zhejiang province benign operation and healthy development:scientifically formulate the basic positioning of Association’s development; strictly enforce the Constitution and management system of the Association;draw a reasonable responsibilities boundary in community management, community associated and community;ensure that the subject status of the community members;actively expand diversified community funding sources;efforts to enhance the effectiveness of community activities.
