Along with the rapid economic development and the transition of sociocultural environment, people pay more and more attention to the teacher’s teaching liberty and teaching innovation. Where there is education, where there is liberty. The suitable places and the ultimate goals of realization of the liberty of education are schools and teachers, simultaneously, it is necessary for teachers to obtain liberty during their teaching activities.. The empirical research of teaching liberty during daily teaching will finally contribute to improving the consciousness of liberty, developing the teaching personality, creating teachers’innovation and even achieving the teaching beauty.Based on educational practice, this paper adopts qualitative research methods, describing the practical condition of teaching liberty about a young female teacher in X senior middle school about one team, and trying to analyze the influential factors on the formation and development of the teacher’s liberty in education. And finally, it tries to summarize the characters which reflect in liberty. This research mainly includes the following aspects:The first part is the introduction. It explains the research background, research purpose and significance of this paper, defines the relative concepts, analyzes and concludes the status quo on liberty in education.The second part is about the research design and implement specifically, which are the choosing of research method, the early theoretical preparation, the confirming of research object and research relationship, the process of research, the collecting and analyzing of the material, and so on.The third part is the building and presenting of the story. By means of presenting the detail story, it embodies the specific situation of individual’s teaching liberty deeply and concretely from the following three aspects:teachers’teaching conception, the implement of teaching process, and the assistance students’growth up.The forth part is the analysis of influential factors of forming teachers teaching liberty. It puts forward that the teachers personality characteristics and the experience of teaching and living lay the foundation of their teaching liberty, and that the society and school, the teacher-student relationship have a direct influence on the forming of their teaching liberty.The fifth part analyzes the operational characteristics of teaching liberty, which contain conscientiousness, intentionality, responsibility, innovativeness and conditionality.The sixth part is about the research reflection and outlooks, which are from the aspects of the researching validity and researching ethics. And it put forward some wishes from the aspect of education.
