| Under the current principal responsibility, the development of Changsha City public elementary school has made considerable progress, but due to the current school management system also there is some defect of the principal rights monitoring mechanism is not fully developed, this research attempts to based on the current situation of Changsha city public elementary school principal power supervision investigation research,found the probiem and put forward countermeasures, so that principals more power to run scientific, fair, transparent and fully mobilize the staff involved in the school of democratic management and democratic supervision.Based on the educational administration department heads, staff and principals in Changsha public elementary school the Writer conducted questionnaires and interviews. After the deeper understanding of the current situation of public elementary school principals supervisory powers starting depth found in Changsha public elementary school principals in the power of supervision, there are still less power supervision body, assessment and supervision of the principal way a mere formality, poor internal and external supervisory role, faculty actively participate in the monitoring of not high, and the writer analysed the causes ofproblem.The main causes consist of the following aspects: first,the implementation of the re lated school system and policies didn’t go to well;secondly,School management system is not in place and supervision mechanism is not perfect; finally,the negative factors in traditional cu lture and the lack of law consciousness of principals and staff.On the basis of this study, some countermeasures to the existing problems of principal power supervision in the public elementary school are put forward. This thesis mainly focuses on three aspects as explained to solve the problems in the supervision of the principal power:First, from the law policy level;Secondly, from the management system level;Third, from the ideological level. Thus the principal’s problems of power supervision will be solved, which not only guides the president power to operate in the sunshine, but also protects the principal’s authority for the management of the school and improves the managerial initiative of principals as well as the quality of school education. |
