Boxing sorts is the only way to deepen the study of ontology of martial arts. In this study, Xingyiquan culture production process as a case study, aims to explore the full force, to explore a new path for the study of wushu. Xingyiquan is known as one of the three major home in boxing, the development of technology, more perfect system theory. And round force as its cultural character, aims to make the coordination of force reaches the maximum, which is the common goal of every kind. Xinyiliuhe Quan, boxing, boxing and so on, all come down in one continuous line, but the three understanding, in the round force training methods and forms are different. In this study, using the method of literature, analysis of induction, the three kinds of technology and art, the textual research, the study concluded that: the Liuhe Xingyi boxing theory is an important theory of inheritance, is the key of training method of Xingyi boxing round force formation. The difference in different stages of Xingyi boxing training system, the strength training phase with limb coordination training core; dark strength stage by physical and mental coordination training core; strong stage to the harmony between man and nature is the pursuit of the goal. Xingyiquan history heritage different understanding of round force, promote the innovation and improvement of technology, the theory of Xing Yi quan. Inheritance of different cognition of body and consciousness, brings the birth of mind Liuhe Quan and promote its development. The full force of mind Liuhe Quan is the overall contraction and expansion, Xingyi boxing round force performance of spiral twist of explosive, boxing round force as a whole on the muscles ability to mobilize.
