With the rapid development of social policy and economic, education standard had been significantly increased. There is urgent social demand for teachers to strengthen learning ability, raise their knowledge standard and other various aspects of quality. Post-professional training for primary and secondary school teachers is drawing more and more attention."Degree in compensation" had been considered as the main target of China’s post-professional training for primary and secondary school teachers. In recent years, the issue of degree education and professional ability compensatory training has been raised to the equally important position. Based on that, it requires school teachers to suit the basis of academic standards and get professional development through training so as to contribute to the entire faculty specialization.In this paper, from exploring teachers’ post-professional training of current education system of primary and secondary school, we found some problems to be solved. Based on the sum-ups of the problems and hypothesis of the influencing factors, we will look for new measures for the improvement of teachers’ post-professional training program. In addition, we will try to provide theoretical support for the reformation of middle and primary school teachers’ post-professional training.This paper mainly adopts literature research method and comparative approach, using the theory of lifelong education and teachers’ professional development theory as the theoretical basis of the study. The first part of the paper points out the background of this study, gives an overview of former research, picks up related concepts, then put forward the purpose and significance of the study. The second part of the paper points out the theoretical foundation for the system of teachers’ post-professional training exploration of the primary and secondary school. The third part discusses the formation of our country’s post-professional training system of primary and secondary school, the present problems and the influencing factors. Specific issues including: 1. The existing training institutions lacking of cooperation; 2. The training content cannot meet the real demand of teachers’; 3. The approach of training is dominated by “force-feeding” method; 4. The effect of teacher’s participation is not ideal; 5. The evaluation mechanism of training is not perfect. The fourth part analyzed the overseas research on the present situation and problems of teachers’ post-professional training of primary and secondary school to bring in some revelation. The fifth part of the paper put forward the system exploration on our country’s training system for teachers’ post-professional training of primary and secondary school, putting forward the correspondent measures accordingly against the present problems and the influencing factors stated in the third part.
