| With the development of the era and the society, English is more and more important. English should be taught in more and more primary schools, while there isn’t any complete or perfect way for English teachers to follow in teaching vocabulary. There are a lot of problems in teaching pupils to remember as many words as they have been taught to, such as rote learning, memory problems, and many other problems. In this study, primary school students are under the guidance of the ecological teaching theory and the theory of second language vocabulary acquisition.Therefore they can learn English happily and develop totally in the body and mind.The paper mainly studies how to effectively use the theory of ecological teaching in primary school of English teaching in vocabulary acquisition.The paper regards primary school students in Grade 5 of Zhalantun national primary school in Inner Mongolia as the research object. By learning Du Yali’s and Wu Wen’s two articles in 2009 and 2012, the author predicts the four ecological factors of this research are student, teacher, environment and spirit.According to the four ecological factors,the author designs the questionnaire survey, and then through the SPSS method,questionnaire survey will be conducted an analysis of the reliability, relevance and differentiation.The questionnaire titles can be divided into four major factors.And then based on the four ecological factors: student factor,teacher factor, environmental factor and mental factor, the author can build foreign language vocabulary acquisition of ecological classroom, including creating "ecological " vocabulary acquisition environment, optimizing "ecological†vocabulary acquisition content, innovating "ecological" vocabulary acquisition process and reinforcing "ecological" application research on vocabulary acquisition evaluation, etc.The author sums up that primary school English classroom is a kind of student factor, teacher factor, environmental factor and mental factor considered as promotive and ecological factors to constitute a teaching ecological structure and ecological system,under the guidance of ecological teaching. This study is helpful to the front-line teachers in vocabulary teaching in primary school to change and renew their traditional teaching concept and make full use of ecological teaching concept to complete students’ natural vocabulary acquisition.In the end,it will promote primary school students’ positive, healthy and sustainable development. |
