The Study On Sports Public Service System Construction Of Suzhou

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the living standards of citizen improve continuously, so that people have more demands for health and sports. Meanwhile, the state put forward new demand and target for sports undertakings, which improve the sports public service system in next five year, to highlight the country’s attention on sports undertakings and fitness business. Besides, the plan also related to provide sports public product and service, transfer the government functions and so on, all these can contribute to construction of sports public service. Suzhou city has developed economy and put large efforts on sports activities, which focus on promoting the development of sports undertakings. So far, Suzhou has got some achievements from the existing sports public service system construction work and gained some beneficial experience. But also, Suzhou has to face some problems that needed to be solved during the construction process of existing situation.This paper chooses the sports public service system of Suzhou as research object, we adopted methods of paper reviews, case study, logical analysis and regression and comparative analysis to study the theory base and research results of Suzhou sports public service system. We also try to find out the problems of current work and put forward the suggestions. The research found that there is a breakthrough in the sports public service of Suzhou with a rapid development in sports stadium construction, better organized sports actives and information service promoted. But the participation rates of different areas are mixed, the overall level is not high, the size and organize level of different sports activities also uneven, also we think the problem of public product and service need to be explored further. So we try to solve the problem based on our investigation, come up with our solutions and suggestions from the aspects of transfer functions, improve the mechanisms broaden input channels, et al, so that this paper could provide some theoretical implications for the decision-making department.
