| With the development of new curriculum reform, the disadvantages of the traditional class teaching method, that is, "one size fits all" has become increasingly apparent, and stratification teaching methods conforms to the requirements of the new standards: " to improve the students’ Chinese accomplishment," "to promote equilibrium and personality development of students," but in the past the hierarchical teaching to the student layering, hierarchical teaching, and evaluation is relatively single, rigid, therefore, this article will try to add " hidden layer " in hierarchical teaching methods such as " heterogeneous cooperation " " student mutual", under the new curriculum background high school Chinese hierarchical teaching practice research, in order to obtain suitable for high school language the hierarchical teaching mode.The article is divided into four parts:the first part is to teach according to different levels, analyzing the significance and the value of the high school language learning, and the research history and present situation about the hierarchical teaching literature review;The second part, on the basis of literature review, under the background of new curriculum high school Chinese hierarchical teaching of concept definition, combing the theory basis of this research;The third part, analyzing the Chinese layered teaching present situation by using the questionnaire survey research methods, to achieve teaching implementation on the analysis to our school, namely the students layering delamination, learning objectives,and class teaching process,homework layered, stratified evaluation, and follow the steps in practice, it sums up the implementation of high school Chinese layered teaching strategies, including students’ implicit and dynamic layered combination,combining the present and formation of class teaching, teachers’ teaching combined with voluntary cooperation, flexible operation arrangement, both overall and individual counseling, students self assessment, etc.The fourth part, under the background of new curriculum high school Chinese layered teaching practice results, we found that the improvement of overall level of the students’ Chinese learning, classroom learning efficiency, learning interest bring the results of hierarchical teaching; looking forward to the future, we hope that through further improving teachers’ quality, perfecting the layered teaching mode,strengthen the content of the student management to make hierarchical teaching in senior high school Chinese teaching practice play a bigger role, contribute to the theory of enrichment. |
