School Education In Teenagers’ Healthy Personality Shaping

Currently, the China is proceeding through the crucial stage of modernization, in which talents become the solid foundation for the historical mission. Facing the opportunities and challenges, talents are expected to be equipped with not only knowledge, but also criteria-completed personalities. At present, teenagers are causing growing number of vicious events out of their own problems, resulting in them more and more focused. China’s ongoing basic education reform holds that how to shape teenager’s personalities as a major subject. School, as the main environment for teenagers’ growth, plays a significant role. Shaping teenagers’ personalities in school can definitely influence their growths and even social stability. After making their goals and responsibilities clear, school shall summarize teenagers’ personality problems for the sake of youth’s overall development and social expectations.The purpose of this thesis is to shape teenagers’ personalities via making school as the main site for training and deep research. In the first chapter of this article, mainly used the method of literature study, typical concept of personality to make a definition then elaborated the related theory of personality of the summary, the establishment of a sound personality standard. The second chapter, from the internal and external two aspects explains the history of adolescent personality cultivation lay a theoretical foundation for later discussion of school education. The third chapter discusses the role of school education in adolescent personality in school education for teenagers, the personality in the formulation of a principle. The fourth chapter analyzes the adolescent personality not perfect performance, and analysis of these manifestations, reasons. The fifth chapter, the author analysis based on problems in the summary before the internship period, combined with their own teaching experience from the concept, environment, teachers, four aspects and puts forward some specific practical advice, expect to help the school teaching in shaping the perfect personality of teenagers.
