The Study And Analysis On The Work-Study Influence On The Contemporary College Students

Work-study in University as an important measure of policy system, not only can improve the students’ economic situation and ensure their successful completion of their studies, but also can improve their practice and cognition and promote the growth and success of college students. What’s the specific influence on college students’ growth?How will the Work-study of colleges be applied to the education of contemporary college students effectively? These should be extremely concerned by the decision makers in colleges and universities. Both the growth process of college student’s and the perfection of the work-study belong to a continuous development subject. On one hand,it needs to be finished by the executors and the participants involved; It is a two-way interactive support pattern. That needs to work constantly, adjust and perfect itself to meet the needs of college students’ personality development. On the other hand, with the active participation of college students, the results of feedback of the work-study can improve its construction and repair its system. In addition,during their participating in work- study, college students can get some new understanding in social labor and experience the happiness of the labor, and gradually cultivate themselves,improve their comprehensive ability and quality and the ability to adapt to society hormonally, and form their correct world outlook and the outlook on life, values and personal happiness view. Ultimately, it can be helpful for the college students to achieve the comprehensive development of their own.This paper applied the research method of literature, comparative analysis, and social investigation method and so on. Using knowledge and methods of other related disciplines on the college students from three universities in Jiangxi province,it also conducted a questionnaire survey regarding it as the theme. Through the research on the growth of work- study college students′ quality, compared with the results of the survey between students who are working while studying and those who are not, analyzed the positive and negative influence on the growth of college work- study students.Then, to summarize the reasons. Finally, this paper puts forward to strengthen the colleges′ workstudy education ideas and countermeasures of students who participated work-study selfgrowing education ideas. That is to say, it can promote efforts to play the educational function of the work-study and to promote the work-study college students overall growth by the way of developing the positive role of college and university management,improving the mode and method of education and training, optimizing their education means.
