The Study On The Development Of High Skilled Talents By Public Training Center

The concept of "industry 4.0" was born in Germany at 2014,the official defines it as a forth industrial revolution.As the largest manufacturing country of the world, Chinese is also actively planning blueprint industrial 4.0 in order to obtain an international competitive advantage in the future. Therefore,it is extremely urgent about the transform from "made in China" to "made with wisdom" through vigorously developing high-end manufacturing with the capabilities of the global resource integration and allocation.However intelligent manufacturing industry depends on a complex "technology group",it needs a series of technical coordinated progress.At first,the traditional Chinese manufacturing has to change to high quality and exquisite Manufacturing.If China wants to improve the backward industrial 3.0 and go forward industrial 4.0 bravely,it must seize the high skilled talents.Based on this,how to develop the skilled talents has been the focus of discussion naturally.At present the high skilled talents developing was almost undertaken by vocational schools and vocational colleges.But the target localization and method implementation of the traditional campus education can’t meet the requirements of the practical application of technology capability in the high skilled talents developing. Therefore,the development of high skilled talents is into difficulties,such as limited range,unreasonable method.unsatisfactory results.As a coordination mechanism,the public training center combines with the government, the enterprises and the vocational colleges.lt maximizes the capital-intensity,extend the skills training coverage rate and builds a social platform of professional practice.The public training center opens up a valid approach to the development of the high skilled talents.Because of the factory conditions and post training means,the public training center will be a valid approach on the development of the high skilled talents.The study analyses the macro backdrop and current demand about the formation of the public training center.It also illustrates the realistic condition of high skilled personnel training by vocational colleges.Then,base on the realistic background,this study adopts case study design to investigate the Shaoxing public training center.lt includes the establishment of training target,the implementation of training modes,the design of curriculum system,the development of school-enterprise cooperation and the construction of security system.At last, the study will offer some suggestions for the high skilled talents developing by the public training center.
