| Tai- chi softball that consist of three parts including meet ball, take ball, throw ball is a low and medium intensity oxygen movement, and it is different from traditional exercise way which is hard to hit the ball. At the same time, it is also a nationality, keeping fit, fun, competitive, graceful movements diversity strong movement. The movement is affected smally by the external environment such as venue, equipment, sports venues etc.. The majority of middle school students like tai-chi softball which can be single, double, multiplayer game mode. But there was no deep research and discussion about the influence of Tai-chi softball on the students fitness. This study investigates the effects of tai-chi softball teaching in middle school students. The experiment scheme was designed to study the effects on quality, form and function of middle school students who participate in tai-chi softball before and after experiment, in order to reveal the tai-chi softball movement’s influence on middle school students’ physical health. The results of the study can offer quantitative reference on whether to bring tai-chi softball as teaching content or not for the middle school teaching, and also can provide decision-making bas is for the decision-making departments.The research object and methods:The test object: The 48 male teenagers and 43 teenagers of 30 th middle school in Dalian were recruited as this research object. These research objects are all in good health, no disease or the body does not exist one defect. For tai-chi softball three times a week of professional training, about 45 minutes each time, and with tai-chi softball teacher professional guidance.Test method: The 30 th middle school students in Dalian were selected as the research object, and relying on the human movement science lab of Liaoning normal university, the body function, shape, quality indicators of this project were tested by using the dynamometer, electronic spirometer, polar table, balance tester, crease thickness gauge and other instruments.Results:Tai-chi softball exercise impact on middle school students’ body form a positively, the men and women abdominal skinfold, Angle under the shoulder blade skinfold and upper arm skinfold are significant differences before and after exercise. The boys’ abdominal skinfold reduce 1.6 mm on average, and girls’ abdominal skinfold drop of 0.8 mm on average; The flexible quality sit-and-reach indexes of quality indexes exist significant difference before and after training(p < 0.01), grip strength index, the close their eyes to stand on one foot balance ability is also significant difference before and after training(p < 0.05).In reaction time and jump, the score of boys and girls are highly significant difference before and after training. It has no significant difference in fifty meters run before and after the training(p > 0.05); Tai-chi softball movement for men and women also have a significant impact in quiet heart rate. Boys’ quiet heart rate by 88.2 times per minute before training dropped to 86.5 times per minute; Girls’ quiet heart rate fell by an average of two times per minute.The boy’s lung capacity, the girl’s lung capacity, heart function index has a statistically significant difference in this sport, but has no significant influence on vision both men and women.the experimental class compared with that in comparative classes of knowable, abdominal crease, quiet heart rate, vital capacity, etc. No significant difference. Close your eyes to stand on one foot and grip strength index has significant difference.Conclusion: The positive effects can be produced on physical quality, form, function index of middle school students who engaged in tai-chi soft ball in long time. So the health of middle school student can be promoted. Therefore, the popularization and promotion of the tai-chi softball exercise should be increased. |
