“Strengthening morality education is the fundamental task of education”,it means that strengthening and improving ideological politics education is of uppermost priority in personnel training of colleges.Improving the scientific level of ideological politics education of college students needs the tractive effort from scientific evaluation system of ideological politics education.The evaluation of colleges and universities’ ideological politics education is an important component part of the ideological politics education.It is necessary for achieving the target of ideological politics education in colleges and universities,and completing the task of higher education.By evaluating,we can find the current problems and shortcomings of the ideological politics education.What’s more,we can identify gaps between the current situation and the goal of ideological politics education.Thus,we could find out the causes of the gaps,and then grasp the development trend and direction of ideological politics education work better.Anyway,as an important method of reviewing ideological politics education work,ideological politics education evaluation continuously promote the level of ideological and political education work.In my opinion,we should study the evaluation of colleges and universities’ ideological politics education under the perspective of "five dimensions" quality standards.At the beginning of my paper,I describe the background and significance of my topic,and point out that it is necessary to study the evaluation of colleges and universities’ ideological politics education at this stage.In particular,it is necessary attempt to establish a new evaluation system under the "five dimensions" quality standards.And next,according to the new concepts and new ideas of modern education evaluation,I set out the meaning of "five dimensions" quality standards in my paper and the scientific intention of ideological politics education evaluation under the "five dimensions" quality standards.Scientific and rational of ideological politics education evaluation in universitymust be based on the support of a scientific theory.I describe the theory of ideological politics education evaluation under the "five dimensions" quality standards from two aspects,namely the whole idea of the evaluation(including guiding ideology,principles and evaluation targets) and the construction of evaluation mechanisms.The ideological politics education evaluation work of colleges is based on the construction of a scientific and rational evaluation index system of ideological politics education evaluation. It is to a certain extent also determine the success of ideological politics education evaluation activities.Evaluation index is the main part of colleges and universities’ ideological politics education evaluation,so it is essential to research it.The ideological politics education evaluation index under the "five dimensions" quality standards mainly reflects five aspects,namely the achievement degree of goal,the adaption degree of social needs satisfaction,the support degree of teachers and conditions,the validity of operation of the quality assurance,the satisfaction degree of students and employers.These indicators are described in detail.I also explain the reasons and evidences for selecting these indicators.In addition,I explain the operating procedures of ideological politics education evaluation in university from the aspect of demonstration test and analysis amendment of ideological politics education evaluation under the "five dimensions" quality standards.
