With the in-depth development of the reform of elementary education and the practical application of E-Learning in the primary and secondary education, blended learning(B-Learning) is gradually introduced into the teaching of different disciplines, which has organically combined the conventional face-to-face learning with the online learning, and made full use of each unique advantages, to promote students and teachers’ emotional exchanges and close interaction, as well as to meet the different requirements of students’ autonomous learning and cooperative learning. As an experimental subject, chemistry focuses on cultivating students’ practical ability and inquiry ability which can be improved with exerting B-Learning’s advantages. It has an important significance to direct the integration of high school chemistry curriculum and information technology and reform the current high school chemistry teaching by B-learning’s introduction.The development of this study is carried out on a front-line chemistry teachers’ interviews and questionnaire surveys to elicit the real data from teaching and acquaint the current situation of high school chemistry experiment teaching and the application of information technology. According to the teaching status of chemical experiment course in senior high school and the characteristics of online learning, this paper has had an instructional design of senior high school chemistry experiment course based on B-Learning, constructed the corresponding teaching cases and made application researches and effect evaluations. A total of six parts of this study are: introduction, literature review and research status, curriculum design based on B-Learning, case practice, problems and solutions of the practice, the conclusion and further research conception.
