So, understanding the problem of Shanxi rural primary and secondary school teachers of ideological and political quality, analyzing the reasons of the problems and exploring Shanxi rural primary and secondary school teachers of ascension path of ideological and political quality, has the extremely vital significance. The article is divided four parts.Shanxi rural primary and secondary school teachers ideological and political quality as the object of study and taking Zhongyang County of Luliang City as a case, using the method of literature study obtained basic theory, questionnaire survey method, case analysis and theory and practice of node legitimate as technical support, summarize the experience law as emotional penetration and their comprehensive utilization, comprehensive deeply analysis the rural primary and secondary school teachers ideological and political quality of the. The results of the study show that Shanxi rural primary and secondary school teachers in the ideological and political quality of the mainstream is positive, but there are still local problems, specifically reflected in the values, moral values and political view of the three aspects. The reasons of the problems existed in the ideological and political quality of primary and middle school teachers in Shanxi are analyzed, and the social environment, the main body and the teachers themselves are three aspects. This paper mainly in the aspect of the subject of education to find a cause, from lag of education philosophy, education content is thin, education method is undeserved, environmental education is not good, education mechanism is not perfect the focuses on the analysis of the administrative departments and schools.Basing on the above analysis, attempts to construct the theoretical system of Shanxi rural primary and secondary school teachers of the ideological and political quality.
