Revised in 2011 by ministry of education of our country "compulsory education Chinese curriculum standard" about the writing teaching in general objective pointed out that "specific, clear and idiomatic to express their knowledge, experience and ideas. and according to our need, using the common expression, writing written language skills development". In rural primary school Chinese teaching of the actual project, a line of writing teaching objectives of research and understanding is not thorough, in the project teaching to the student does not reach the designated position, the direction of rural primary school students can’t write or don’t want to write. And the phenomenon is serious. The author has been working in rural elementary school for six years, they are going to make a questionnaire of rural teachers and students through their own classroom teaching experience.They take a deeper understanding to the current situation of rural primary school project teaching and found the problem and analyze the reason, then the rural primary school assignments teaching improvement countermeasures are put forward directly.The Paper is divided into five parts in total:Introduction part focuses on the background of the problem,general narration of research, the significance of the study.The first part in view of the current situation of rural primary school project teaching focuses on investigation and problem.The second part, the author analyzes the reasons of rural primary school assignments teaching problems. the bad influence of exam-oriented education, The students basic knowledge level is too low;lack of reading accumulation, material shortage and the rural teachers’ professional level co., LTD., etc are analyzed.The third part puts forward the rural primary school assignments teaching improvement countermeasures and Stimulate interest in rural primary school project; and pay attention to cultivating students’ writing ability; it attaches great importance to the evaluation of effectiveness and diversity and the influence of family education.Conclusion part is the summary of full text, and in the part, we points out that the deficiency of this study, I hopethat these measure or ideas are proposed.
