In 2011, Ministry of Education issue<<compulsory education English curriculun standard>>(hereinafter referred to as<< curriculum standard 2011>>), it refer to the general objective of Compulsory education English curriculum is training students’ synthesize attainment, such as elementary comprehensive language application ability, that is training students’ language skill, language knowledge, emotional attitude, learning strategy and culture consciousness, etc. The starting point of this study is according to the five parts that listed in << curriculum standard 2011>>, and it conduct systematic survey to the present situation of junior high school English teaching students evaluation, obtain information from questionnaire, evaluate implementation condition of the above five aspects, and it perspective the situation of development and main issues in Junior high school English teaching students evaluation, after conclude and analyze to the issues, according to << curriculum standard 2011>> state the problematic reasons briefly, finally attempt provide solutions for the issues as per the theory of curriculum and teaching in terms of theoretical knowledge.The primary structure of this thesis divide into five parts:First, Introduction. This part mainly state thesis topic reason, related notion, research overview, research objective and significance, research contents, research technique and innovations, etc.Second, the program objective and correlation content of << curriculum standard 2011>>. In << curriculum standard 2011>>, the “evaluate suggestion” explain clearly: “English curriculum evaluation should according to Course objectives and requirements in this standard regulation”, this study make evaluation criteria as per “course objectives and requirements stipulated by the standard”, through questionnaire survey to judge course objective realization degree, exploration and find the main issues in Student evaluation of English teaching. We can say, this study is base on English course objection to start, so this part mainly state course objection and related content of << curriculum standard 2011>>.Third, junior high school English teaching student evaluation’s status survey. This study mainly about empirical study, this thesis based on the aim of the English curriculum standard proceed questionnaire design, So this part mainly explain and start for research contents of the questionnarie, the object of investigation, researc procedure, date processing and research results, etc.Fourth, According to questionnaire survey results,summarize in the student evaluation have five aspect issues, that is in the language skill evaluate ignore “speaking”;When evaluate language knowledge indifference “function” and “topic” evaluation;In the evaluation of the emotional attitude ignore interest and confidence’s evaluation;Learning strategy’s evaluation is not comprehensive, it ignore the evaluation on culture consciousness, then proceed relative analysis on these issues.Fifth, This part is based on the existing issues and reasons in English teaching students’ evaluation, attempt put forward the improvement strategy form five aspects, that is improve teacher’s evaluation to the student’s language skills, pay attention to the development of students spoken language skills; In the linguistic knowledge evaluation get rid of the concept of junior and high school Entrance Examination “wand”, comprehensive learning language knowledge; In the emotional attitude evaluation give full play to students dominate role, to enhance students interest and confidence on English studying; Step further on the student’s learning strategy evaluation’s guidance, to embody agility and diversity in English learning; Reinforce teacher evaluate on students culture consciousness, to promote student’s development on intercultural communication competence.
