Because the high quality education resources are in short supply at the present stage in China, completely equal education opportunity to parallel class teaching mode meets certain practical difficulties, so mathematics education in harmonic "equal opportunity" and "get", contradictions to popular concept of mathematics education. There are two reasons, and one is that mathematics education must consider the needs of all people, making everyone in the mathematics education get benefits. Second, different person can achieve different levels, but mathematics education exist a everyone can reach the level.In order to achieve better effect of popular education, in the high school mathematics, it is necessary to carry out the stratified teaching and divide into classes teaching pros and cons of the drawbacks of the study and control for coping strategies. Parents in our country are concerned that children get education resources equality and equal education opportunities and neglected the effect of education equality.
