Redevelopment And Utilization Of Track And Field’ Resources Of Venues And Equipments Of Rural Primary And Secondaryschools In Meizhou

In this paper,in order to Increase influence to the student sports exercise,enrich teaching theory of track and field,to ease the current of lacking Track and field equipment at The Rural Schools. Literature research, questionnaire, mathematical statistics be used to understand the status of track and field equipment in rural primary and secondary school in Meizhou City by investigating 75 rural primary and secondary schools at eight counties(districts) of Meizhou:With the increased size of the rural primary and secondary school in Meizhou City, track and field equipment Status worse.the equipment which reach the standard are baton, Elevated jump, High jump horizontal pole, springboard. these devices have the characteristic such as a small number of requirements, durable and so on. The devices which bad to reach the standard are softball, small sandbags,they require a small number,easy to wear and tear and difficult to manage. From the view of athletic field configuration, athletics venue in Rural Schools of Meizhou has the poor environment When doing exercise, Have the 34.65% schools can reach the the standard, Overall, 80% schools’ track and field venue with 200 meters of loess,It is easily affected by the weather and not good for students to take part in athletics exercise,also reducing interest,or even injuries may occur.The government of Meizhou invests less to sports facilities in rural primary and secondary school, sports equipment field of school can not be updated and replaced,those restrict the development of school sports.The management of sports facilities is Imperfect, it lacks the complete management system about equipment site, part of the schools do not have full-time administrators and lack of sports facilities specialized sports equipment storage areas.The level of development is lower at resource of track and field equipment site in rural schools of Meizhou,The resource of sports equipment site in school and community and the unique natural resources about sport were not effectively developed.In order to better promote the development of rural primary and middle schools in Meizhou City, the fitness course, enhance the status and role of track and field teaching, we should take advantage of the unique local mountains, streams, fields and hills and other natural conditions and the existing sports facilities in rural areas of Meizhou resources and life waste resources, according to the security policy, the principle of local conditions, scientific principle, the principle of economy, practicality principle, the principle of environmental protection, through the development of existing equipment and space resources, such as: rational distribution of existing venues, play equipment, a multi-purpose function, designed on the basis of existing venues new track and field teaching space(curve run teaching space, quickly through the barrier of the site), the rational development school hallways, walls, stairs and other non-school sports and community public sports and leisure venues; the use of bags, newspapers and other life waste resources, bad football, basketball and other waste material resources and bamboo, corn on the cob and other natural resources to make simple track and field equipment; track and field teaching space can also be transferred to the mountains, fields, hillsides and other ways to ease the countryside Primary equipment and inadequate grounds.
