On the May7,2012, the state officially launched the "University Innovation Capacity Upgrading Plan"("2011"Plan).The core mission of this plan is to improve the innovation capacity of the talents, subject and research. The purpose is to break through the barriers within the university mechanisms, promoting the depth of cooperation between university, research institutes, enterprise and local government, exploring the different models of collaborative innovation and achieve the complementary advantages of resources. It is not only upgrading the quality of personnel training and scientific research capabilities, but also create a innovation environment and atmosphere for personnel training.Joint training is to deepen the reform of our higher education, the important model of training top-notch creative talents.It is the key of combine the education and research and enhance the capability of independent innovation. It plays an important role on the implementation of collaborative innovation strategy and promotion of building an innovative country. The implementation of collaborative innovation strategy has proposed new requirements to the innovation and reform of our joint training of graduate students model and mechanism. But the existing dynamic system is difficult to stimulate the enthusiasm of subjects to participate in the joint training of graduate students. Accordingly, under the innovation process accelerating and the degree gradually deepening of the graduate education reform, to explore the dynamic mechanism of joint training between the university, research institutes, enterprise and government, it is the necessary requirement to cultivate the creative talents, and also an important way to promote the collaborative innovation and improve the states’ scientific innovation capacity. It has an important meaning for rich the theory of our graduate education.The thesis carry out a literature review study of the joint postgraduate training mode and co-culture dynamic at home and abroad at first, to clarify the main contents and progress within this category, summary and analysis the lack of research and the related problems. Then analyze the dynamic factors related to the subject involved the universities, research institutes, enterprise, governments and other subjects. It includes the strategic synergy guiding force, interests driving force, internal motivation driving force and government supportive. After that, the paper conducted a survey on the dynamic status of postgraduate joint training. Focuses on the awareness status and the dynamic status of the subjects in the joint training, summing up the problems of existing dynamic of joint training. That is lack of knowledge to the important value of the joint training, benefit distribution system is not perfect, inadequate of the incentive system driving force, government policies and programs need to be supplemented and improved. At last, the thesis put forward the specific suggestions to solve these problems. By strengthening strategic coordination, and establish a new concept of joint postgraduate training; improve the distribution of benefits system and promote a reasonable reform; improve the internal incentive system and establish a scientific evaluation system; strengthen the planning and guidance, improve and standardize the joint training supporting policies,which is to enhance the power and vitality of each body to participate in joint training of graduate students.
