Adopting “analysis of literature” and“historic research” etc.,this paper interprete the text of the relatedpolicies, sum up the major measures in various periods, andsummarize that these policies has some special developmenttrends and the features,like their contents are more and morespecific, detailed; the policy subject is shifting from the form of thegovernment dictatorship into the public involvement; and they arepaying much more attention to the individual demands than thesocial requirements,and so on.However,Chinese educational policies of alleviating the burdenon students still have a series of problems: Firstly, in the process ofmaking policy,we always order all levels of schools to ease theheavy burden of students in quantity, ignoring individual differences; Secondly,it is difficult for us to stuck to imply these policies; Finally,our supervision is poor,which make these policies become less effectivequickly. In order to improve these policies, this research broadsrecommendations in three aspects: To reconstruct the objects ofeducational policies of alleviating the burden of students; To respectthe stakeholder as the master of the policies;To specifically fulfille therelated supervision system.
