With the rapid development of educational business, the population of collegestudents in our country is rapidly increasing. The problem of employment of collegestudents has increasingly become a sensitive social issue. Admittedly, collegegraduates who have a higher degree and get a10years’ education with professionalcultivation, are frustrated in the job market competition, especially after entering"12th five-year plan" period, the problem of employment of university graduates ismore outstanding. However, in terms of Shanxi Province, which in the period oftransition across the major social and economic development, the urgent need fordynamic and highly educated talents to promote innovation, providing a strongopportunity for the employment of college graduates in our province. However, so far,"the unemployment of college students" and "the enterprise" groups still exist, and theuniversity students’ employment problem is still severe. Therefore, how to promotecollege students’ employment properly, ensuring the effective link between theemployer and job seekers of college students, becomes the key point of this paper.This paper, through collecting employment information, as well as investigatingthoroughly on the employment of the5local colleges of grade2014in ShanxiProvince, combining with the field enterprise interview, focuses on the followingresearch:1. explore the new trend of college students’ employment by collecting andanalyzing the Shanxi university students’ employment data and information within the"twelfth five-year plan" period, and comparing with the period of "11th five-yearplan" period;2. analyze the current situation and existing problem of Shanxiuniversity students’ employment within the "twelfth five-year plan" period from fourperspectives, in the employment preparation, employment expectation, employmentinformation, employment quality, and conduct comprehensive discussion onuniversity students’ employment;3. Combining the reality of Shanxi, analyzes thefactor influencing university students’ employment;4. Investigate thoroughly thereal demand of Shanxi university students’ employment within the "twelfth five-yearplan" period, and the actual requirements of the employer in the introduction of talent, at the same time, analyze the defects existing in both sides.5. Explore the "two-waychoice" of university students’ employment, and the matching strategy of " two coresand three auxiliaries".Through research, the author thinks that there is coexistence of employmentpressure and opportunities for Shanxi university student’s employment within "twelfthfive-year plan" period, insufficient preparation highlight in the employment of collegestudents, and the expectation on employment rationally fall back, but appeared thephenomenon of local accumulation, employment information is yet to be perfect, andthe employment quality is relatively low, the satisfaction between the employer andcollege students is not ideal, both have imperfections. Therefore, we must promote thecommunication between university students and employer, and improve theprofessional quality of college students, and standard the behavior of the employer,and make the market information service system perfect, combine the educationbetween universities and family, lead university students to be rational onemployment, in order to achieve the optimum choice of university students’employment, match the human resources in colleges and universities.
