| With the development of economy and the transformation of the education system, the problem of the employment of college students has gradually ascending to a certain concern. Affected by enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the student’s employment at vocational colleges has became more prominent, they become disadvantaged groups in employment. The vocational colleges brainstorm and try every means to help the graduates find satisfied work after their graduation, and has obtained certain achievements, but still exist many problems, such as lacking of social organization’s participation, single supporter, poor cooperation, and so on. In view of this, it is very important to work out a solution for further research and discussion. This article selected Hunan Information Science Vocational College as an empirical case, asking questions and making one-on-one conversations to the fresh graduates of Grade2012on their problems they encountered in their employment, to understand the employment assistance they received and to build a student aid system to improve their difficult employment situation. This thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is introduction. Based on the analysis of the background and aim of this topic, this thesis does research on the problem of employment in China, and discuss the research method, the content and organization of the thesis.The second chapter is the definition of the topic and the thesis foundation. It briefly discusses the concept of vocational students, the groups of higher vocational graduates employment, and the employment assistance and Marx’s theory of poverty,"knowledge workers" theory as well as the theory of employment guidance.The third chapter is the current analysis of the vocational students’ employment problem. This chapter is mainly about the survey of difficult employment at Hunan Information Science Vocational College, and have got the actual data of their expectation on employment, income, environment, and information resources of job hunting, etc.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons of poor aid on vocational students’employment, and study was made mainly from the employment environment; regional economic development, higher education reform and development of employment market and the higher vocational students’ ability.The fifth chapter is the construction of aid strategies which help the groups of employment difficulties at higher vocational colleges, putting emphasis on the country, college, society and students.Chapter six is a conclusion, points out the issues that can be worthy of further study, so as to study deeply the employment problem of university graduates in the future. |
