On the basis of the slogan phenomenon in Hengshui demonstrate senior school teachingmanagement,and as an analysis tool of "education slogan" that philosopher Sheffler (IScheffler,1923),educational philosophy professor, is put forward, the paper is to explorethe connotation and essence of slogan incentive in model high school of Hengshui City. Atthe same time, the paper is to explore the ways that the school teaching management, andteachers use different transport slogan to excite the enthusiasm of learning in high school, andhigh school students how to interact with it, and the paper will try to reveal educationbackground, connotation, features, functions of the school slogan. The demonstration researchon Hengshui city high school education and teaching practice of export incentives help toenrich the theoretical system of teaching ordinary high school education, mining high schoolslogan incentive education background, connotation, practice basic content, and serve in the"high school principal;"and to help sort out teaching management experience in middleschool in the Hengshui city, and to help to improve motivation practice experience and thecharacteristics of high school students, and rise to the theory, serve to the administrativedepartments of education decision, and service to achieve "gorgeous turn" in other ordinaryschools.Besides the preface and conclusion, the paper is divided into five parts.The first part, itmainly expounds the philosophical basis of encouragement education high school slogan. Thesecond part, it will find the background of Hengshui demonstrate senior school slogan ofencouragement education. From the objective and subjective source source,it explores itscauses and specific factors.The third part, expound the connotation and manifestation ofHengshui demonstrate senior school slogan of encouragement education.The fourth part, itexplores the function of the demonstration High School of Hengshui City slogan educationfrom the positive and negative aspects. The fifth part, it proposes the evaluation.In the process of research, we adopt the literature research method and interview method.Literature is a collection of methods through literature, collecting domestic and foreign related to high school students learning slogan, Hengshui demonstrate senior school increating and using many slogans and other aspects of literature, on the basis of studying,finishing, and provide theoretical and practical support for the research topic. This study takesHengshui model high school "everywhere","no" slogan in "learning" as the object of study,through field visits to Hengshui No.2Middle School Leadership, staff and the majority ofschool and graduated students for the school related people for this unique learningmotivation mode and the practice of first hand data, and make serious summary to achieve atheory.This paper has two innovations: one is the object of study. Through Chinese Journal Websearch, we can find that it scattered concerning high school students slogans encouragingeducation and there is no system research thesis, so this paper makes up the blank. The otheris the research perspective. This paper is intended to use a new perspective toanalyse"education slogan" that is put forward by Professor Sheffler (I Scheffler,1923).
