As information technology has multiplied the impact in social life, the children’s information ability is playing an increasingly important role. But our study has still in the starting stage. According to the evolutionary process of the concept of information ability and domestic and foreign theory of preschool education, the children’s information ability can be defined as the ability of children’s information sensitivity and ability to control information, including three parts:the ability to obtain information, the ability of Internalization information and the ability to expression information. Because of the special nature of early childhood education, children, parents, kindergarten formed a close connection, indivisible ecosystem, so need from the three aspects of overall research solutions, and the implementation of the industrial chain to achieve. In this paper, The training mode for the children’s information ability, and method of using the Internet to transform traditional preschool education industry, can provide a certain reference value.This thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter provides the research background about information ability concept and theoretical basis, and expresses the difficulties and problems of the children’s information ability education. The second chapter presents the concept of children’s information ability, and details of its structure and relationships. The third chapter based on the special ecological environment of preschool education, proposed consumer product separation characteristics of early childhood education role: young children are users, parents are buyers, kindergartens are Influencers, and made the media and solution in each system. The fourth chapter combines the ideas and problems of the former two chapters, and analysis of the role and value of the industry chain partners. The fifth chapter has carried on the summary to the full text, and put forward the problems to be studied in the future.
