The Research Of The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Participation Among The Disabled In Jinan City Research

Through the study of Ji’nan City disabled sports participation status andinfluencing factors and Ji’nan City disabled sports management organization system,and provide a theoretical basis for the development of disabled sports in Ji’nan City, thisthesis uses the literature method, survey method, field survey method and other researchmethods for the disabled in Ji’nan City Federation, Ji’nan City community sports thesurvey was conducted, and obtained the following results:(1) Ji’nan City disabledfitness consciousness, sports consumption content single, never to participate in sportspopulation proportion is the first, the ratio was34.43%, the exercise time per week for30minutes following accounted for50.33%of the population, the largest proportion.(2)influenced by the economic income, the sports consumption level is low, the averageyear for the sports consumption amount is100yuan and below accounted for65.56%ofthe population, the largest proportion, the amount of consumption for101-500yuanaccounted for21.85%of the population, its consumption projects are mainly used tobuy sports shoes, annually for the sports consumption in the amount of1000more than5.96%of the total population.(3) Ji’nan City disabled people prefer sports in theequipment on the site is not high, simple technology, different types of disabled peopleparticipating in sports activities, to participate in sports activities of the disabled, bodyand speech and hearing disability than other types of disabled people.(4) in Ji’nan City,the lack of access for disabled people sports venues and facilities, from the disabledsports venues, the disabled sports activities mainly in the home, the community fitness,public sports venues.(5) the main motivation for disabled persons to participate insports activities of the Ji’nan city is the health care and rehabilitation, hobbies,self-esteem and confidence. Influence factors of Ji’nan City disabled sports participationis the lack of suitable for disabled sports facilities.(6) the sports organizations ofpersons with disabilities in Ji’nan city number is too small, less to carry out sportsactivities, can not meet the needs of the disabled to participate in physical exercise. (7)Disabled sports management organization system of Ji’nan city is not perfect, lack ofgovernment functions, policies and measures related to the development of disabledsports implementation is not in place, the lack of specialized talents.(8) Thedevelopment of disabled fitness instructor in Ji’nan city in the initial stage, the socialsports instructor training and employment mechanism is not perfect, the disabled fitnessinstructors can not meet the scientific and effective fitness guidance to the needs of thedisabled. The above conclusion, we put forward the following suggestions:(1) increasethe propaganda dynamics, strengthen the organization and guidance;(2) improve theorganization and management system, strengthen the talents training;(3) to increaseinvestment, pay attention to the scientific development;(4) pay attention to the disabledperson development, promote social humanistic care.
