At present， our economy is developing atfull speed， so the requirements for Technical skilled talents from the total amount， structureand quality have put forward to a higher state for new. Meanwhile， in recent years，Vocational schools do have difficulty in recruiting students and suffer a serious decline in thequantity and quality of students because of social discrimination and prejudice. The entrancerequirements has dropped for many times，and many schools do not have entry requirements.They accept you as long as you come， which directly leads to the decline in the overallquality of students. At the same time， the vast majority of students enrolled have loweducational level，poor study habits and ability to learn.
