| Secondary vocational education is a significant part of our education. In the21stcentury, vocational education still plays a pivotal role. Although there are plenty of highlyeducated talents in today’s society, many of them have low capacity and highly skilledtalents are even more scarce. Secondary vocational education does foster applied talentswho possess comprehensive vocational ability and overall quality of production, service,technology and management work in the first line. At present, our economy is developing atfull speed, so the requirements for Technical skilled talents from the total amount, structureand quality have put forward to a higher state for new. Meanwhile, in recent years,Vocational schools do have difficulty in recruiting students and suffer a serious decline in thequantity and quality of students because of social discrimination and prejudice. The entrancerequirements has dropped for many times,and many schools do not have entry requirements.They accept you as long as you come, which directly leads to the decline in the overallquality of students. At the same time, the vast majority of students enrolled have loweducational level,poor study habits and ability to learn. Many students are weary of studyingand they have plenty of learning problems, which does make the teachers cannot organizethe teaching jobs reasonably and orderly If this problem cannot be solved properly, it willaffect the quality of training of the skilled talents and the quality of vocational schools,thereby affect the quality of their products and competitiveness in the market, and evenaffect the harmonious and stable development of the whole society.This dissertation aims to profoundly analysis what leads to so many students are alwaysweary of studying, and seek out some feasible measures and solutions to solve thisproblems, which can provide some help for vocational education teachers and boost theharmonious and stable development of vocational education and the whole society. |
