| The Wudang martial art is an important part of Chinese martial arts. Wudang Chunyang boxing is one of the most important achievements in Hubei Province in the eighty’s "Wushu excavate reorganize". Nowadays international communications are increasing more frequently, in order to enhance the Chinese cultural, develop Wudang martial arts such as Wudang Chunyang boxing; the following point of views need to be concerned:firstly, explore the characteristics of Wudang martial arts such as Wudang Chunyang boxing. Secondly, promoting cultural connotation, thirdly, strengthen communications between various countries in the world. Therefore, deeply explore the inner connection between Chinese culture and the local traditional Wushu; understand the situation of martial arts inheritance and development are significance to promote characteristics Chinese traditional martial arts system to the world.By using the method of literature, expert interviews, field survey method and logic analysis method, this paper arranges a series of related data of Wudang Chunyang boxing since the "Wushu excavate reorganize" period. Clearly restore the status of the inheritance and development of Wudang Chunyang boxing; carefully states its characteristics:a) culture: Taoism as the core, with Taoism as the foothold, syncretism of Confucianism and Buddhism; b) technically:combined with the Yang Lian and Tao; c) inheritance form, focus on Taoism heritage; d) location-nine provinces; e) Founder-Lv Dongbin. A-C are the common features of Wudang Wushu boxing, because of this, Chunyang boxing can be classified as Wudang in twentieth century80during "Wushu excavate reorganize". Through a more in-depth, detailed, systematic analysis, this paper argues that:in order to successfully promote the development of Wudang Chunyang boxing, deeply excavation its impact and importance on regional Wushu culture, explore and its relationship with how to raise Chinese soft culture strength. Providing various contents for "Chinese culture spreading out’, we should follow several aspects:firstly, the government takes responsible to organize intangible culture heritage, bring in manpower, material recourses to help with scientific research, combine the theory of Wudang Chunyang boxing comprehensively and systematically, lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of Wudang Chunyang boxing. Secondly, use various promotional tools and communication tools, especially network media to increase the impact and momentum of propagandas. Thirdly, relevant government departments to coordinate, the Wudang Chun Yang boxing as local martial arts features included in the local culture and the content of school education, to enhance student’s knowledge on local culture. Lastly, promoting Wudang Chunyang boxing widely by Wushu association, community organization etc.The dissemination and promotion of Wudang Chunyang boxing is obey the needs of nation culture development, fitness and health.
