With the rapid development of computer science and technology, the network hasbecome an indispensable way of people’s daily life to acquire effective information.Information on graduate admissions tests can find on the Internet, whether thecolleges and universities own school’s information website or all kinds of educationinformation website, they all put the postgraduate admissions information on thewebsite in the form of Word attachments, or in the form of Excel or HTML table. Inthe current catalogs, the form of Word version is unstructured; Excel and HTMLversion is a semi-structured. Each college file format is an organic whole, which notfollowing the unified standard. This class for reading admissions catalogs contain alarge amount of data, however, restricted by expression cannot be used as a database. This article mainly aims at Jilin university graduate admissions information forstructural optimization, to transform the existing electronic admissions informationinto computer-readable data source, transform the unstructured and semi-structuredpostgraduate student recruit information list into structured data, then structured datawill be used for network specification data source. The key is to realize the structuredadmission catalogs, but also structured for the recruit students general rules. Thepurpose is to make readers more convenient to use. This is more a step which is at thetarget to the paperless office, digital campus construction goal. Because the extensiblemarkup language (XML) has a simple, scalability, legibility, etc., We mainly takefrom unstructured documents (Word) to structured data(XML file), Enrich the schoolrecruit students general rules of the original Word document and the directory content, get organized, division level, building a comprehensive specification of the XMLSchema (architecture) and their corresponding InfoPath electronic form forresponsible for college admissions staff fill in the recruitment of students informationspecific content. Establish the XSLT document to transform XML documents which isthe XML Schema file used to generate issued in the network in the form of HTML, toconvenient exchanges of information sharing.Using XML technology through original data acquisition and synthesis methods, user friendly and computer readable parallel file distribution method, the technicalroute of structured enrollment virtual integration into distributed database, Theplanning scheme is led by our application and use these methods generalized to othercolleges and universities. Admissions information structure optimizationimplementation can be more smoothly.
