The influences to junior school students’interest are both far-reaching and remarkable in the process of learning for junior school students and attract scholars’ attention as a serious area of concern all the time. At present, the study of students interest tends to be started in respect of teaching modeling, teachers’ knowledge and capability, etc. However, there is a small number of studying about the influences which comes from math teachers’emotional literacy to students’mathematics learning. This thesis aims at framing the emotional literacy for the math teachers and analyzing the consequences of interest which are related to the learning of mathematics for the junior school students who are affected by teachers, with prospect to provide some help for the members of the school.The study methods include:documents, interviews, questionnaires. Research process is divided into three stages:(1) Forming the frame refers to the emotional literacy for the math teachers in the way of analyzing and studying relevant papers. It’s the theory basis of the following parts of studying.(2) As for further evidence of studying, this thesis will conduct interviews and distribute the questionnaires.(3) Analyzing the surveys before summarizing relevant conclusions.The factors influencing teachers’ emotional literacy will be more clear and definite according to the studying of papers as well as identifying them as mathematical and instructional respectively and researching these two aspects.The corresponding influences which are derived from teachers towards students’interest of learning will be concluded by doing some interviews and questionnaires.The study found:the junior school students’interests in learning really have a significant relationship with the emotional literacy of math teacher, like interest to new knowledge, emotions for solving the problems, partiality in the class, expectation, unhealthy emotions, respect, etc.Depending on all studies above, we have three methods for which improving emotional literacy of teachers before promote mathematics interest of students:(1) Improving emotional literacy in order to trigger positive awareness in math;(2) Paying attention to emotional literacy in professions in order to improve interest in learning mathematics;(3) Constructing harmonious atmosphere both shared by teachers and students who prefer to study math.
