Physical exercise functional training as a modern new physical training methodhas its unique training philosophy, in recent years, the role of the modern athletictraining has become increasingly prominent, people began to realize that this trainingmethod in the past mainly for fitness and rehabilitation for almost all of the sportsprograms have an important role. Through literature, questionnaire, and logicalanalysis describes the differences between traditional physical training and physicalexercise functional training by teaching experiment, to explore the integration of bodymovement function in Beijing for peace in the first men’s basketball training schooltraining feasibility of the method is extremely training effect, to enrich and improvethe school men’s basketball training methods and systems to provide useful theoreticalsupport and reference value.Peace in the experimental study by Beijing men’s basketball first primaryfunction of body movement training following conclusions:(1) Physical exercise functional training in Beijing for peace in the first primaryin the men’s basketball team training is feasible, help improve students’ basketballspecial skills, training and achieved good results, the improvement of the traditionalbasketball skill training has certain innovative.(2) Physical exercise functional training can improve athlete’s physique, butphysical exercise and functional training can not completely replace the traditionalphysical training, the two are complementary relationship.(3) Physical exercise functional training in primary men’s basketball teamtraining should follow the principle of interest, the principle of systematic, holisticprinciples and the principle of combining action and skills.(4) Physical exercise functional training in primary men’s basketball teamtraining method is through the Swiss ball, yoga mat, hanging rope and otherequipment, improve coordination and core stability basketball players, strengthen itsability to improve the overall movement of technical movements Basketball Playersstability.(5) Physical exercise functional training requirements athletes must complete thetraining very standard action, so as to develop more effective to target muscles, soduring physical exercise functional training, the athlete needs to go through to learn,adapt, and strengthen the three phases to ensure that the training system andcoherence.
