Research On Education On College Students Employment In The View Of Positive Psychology

Since the college expansion in1999, the number of graduated students increased year by year. The difficult employment problem is prominent during the storm the global economic slump worse since the financial crisis of2008. College students are under great pressure of employment. Also, family, society and government are under tremendous pressure. The employment problem has become one of the major people’s livelihood problems needed to resolve.Research and education on the employment of college students have achieved fruitful results. However, scholars pay their attention on the seriousness of the problem of employment for a long time rather than a more positive effect. So, it still exist some shortage and developing space.This work provides a new view in the research on positive psychology education of college students. The positive psychology focuses on well-being, positive emotion experience, positive personality characteristics, personality quality and positive social organizational system. These theories are closely associated with education on the employment of college students, which not only provide theoretical references for the education on the employment of college students, but also afford a new path for solving the practical problems of college students.The education on the employment of college students in this work was divided into education on views of employed quality of college students, views of job-searching of college students and views of working of college students. An authoritative magazine, china university students career guide, was choose as the research sample. All literatures from2003to2012were gathered to draw statistical tables. The current status of views of employment of college students was obtained by analyzing statistical tables. It is hoped that education on the employment, career and happiness of life was cared in a more positive theory and mind. This work not only improves effect of education on the employment of college students, but also brings beneficial reference to solve the problem of college students’ employment.
