Research On The Training Strategy Of Active Learning Psychological Quality Of Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

Students is the core of modern higher vocational schools to carry out the educationwork。Students’ ideology and psychological change will effect on school education have a bigimpact.I found in the actual work, Many students are easily affected by the surroundingenvironment and individual psychological factors. In order to help the students psychologicalbarriers, improving the students’ enthusiasm to participate in learning activities, I study ofexperts and the connection of education management experience, I analyzes the learningpsychology of student’s mainly problems, combined with the principle of pedagogy andpsychology to deeply analyze the higher vocational students learning psychology. In view ofthe students’ psychological problems, put forward the way to help students improve learninginterest. This paper on the significance of topic selection and previous research results werereviewed, and USES the survey method, interview method, questionnaire method and so on tothe domestic study investigate the psychological status of higher vocational students.Secondly, the article respectively at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the students’psychological qualities, and sums up the our country and developed countries to studyenthusiasm subject research progress. Third, the author analyzes the help main conditions andwork points to cultivation of higher vocational students’ learning. Finally, on the basis of theabove analysis, I’m from the social environment, school construction and students, I put forwardthe measures of ’learning enthusiasm.
